Cancellation policy 

Micropigment or eye lashes extensions is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve this time for your appointment. 

If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. 

If your appointment is cancelled with less 12 hours' notice (or in the case of a no-show ), your will still be charged full price of your scheduled service. 

 

Cell Phones


We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones  to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. 

 
Gift Certificate Policy


Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 404-869-3800 . Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Gratuity


Gratuity is not included in the price of service customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

 

Right to refuse treatment

 

Thought it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reason:

- undisclosed skin condition ( including sunburn/suntan) 

- under the influence of drugs or alcohol 

- any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist , might compromise the artist ability to work safely and comfortably toward the    desired results, or might disrupt other clients.
